Blueberry Smoothie|Shake Recipe

Blueberries are natural healers. They help cleanse the blood and liver and provide many essential vitamins and minerals. Known for their high levels of antioxidants, this is one berry you don’t want to skip out on. Great for eye and gum health, too!

Serves 1

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 fresh or frozen banana

1 pitted Medjool date

1/2 large zucchini, cut into chunks

1 cup almond milk

Ice, as desired

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.


  • Have your child clean and rinse the blueberries.
  • Once you have everything ready to go, let your child add it all to the blender.
  • Get some cleanup help that is age appropriate.
