Homemade Healthy Keto Spinach Shake Protein

Spinach is that dark leafy green veggie we all should be eating. It is good for hair,skin, nails, and bone health. High in protein, folate, iron, and all the important minerals, this is one veggie you don’t want to pass up!

Serves 1

1 cup spinach

1 cup almond milk or water

1 tablespoon flax seeds or chia seeds

1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 fresh or frozen banana

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.


  • Let your child help get all the ingredients gathered.
  • Have them add the pineapple and ice to the blender.
  • Let them turn the blender on (make sure the lid is on and secure) and watch how excited they get to see their shake being made!
