• 3 tsp agrimony
• 2 tsp bayberry (or yellow root)
• 2 tsp oak bark

Grind the herbs to powder. Mix well and store in an airtight container.
Make the tea, using 3 tsp. mixture per mug of boiling water. Leave to cool and drink 1/2 tea cup up to 6 times in a day.
