3 large red apples, deseeded
4 red plums, pitted
2cm of ginger root, peeled and cut into chunks
1 star anise
1 cardamom pod
- Juice the apples and ginger.
- Pour the juice in a blender and add red plums. Process till creamy.
- Place the juice in a saucepan with the spices and simmer until the taste is spicy.
