5 fresh strawberries or 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 fresh or frozen banana
1 cup dairy-free milk, of choice
Ice, as desired
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Have your child clean the strawberries.
- Have them add all ingredients to the blender.
- Let them turn on the blender (make sure the lid is on securely).
