Strawberry Protein Shake Healthy Smoothie Recipes

Good for the brain, eyes, and heart, strawberries are known for their high content of antioxidants and vitamin C! This berry is a powerhouse of a super- food. They are naturally sweet, come packed with a huge nutritional punch, and kids LOVE them. Way to go strawberries!

Serves 1

5 fresh strawberries or 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 fresh or frozen banana

1 cup dairy-free milk, of choice

Ice, as desired

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.


  • Have your child clean the strawberries.
  • Have them add all ingredients to the blender.
  • Let them turn on the blender (make sure the lid is on securely).
